In 2017, Kristen began her own agency specializing in non-traditional and rural market McDonald’s PR and local promotional activations. Kristen and her team save clients time and money with communications consult and customized programs that work. A forward thinking storyteller seeking continuous opportunity, Kristen is a generator of earned media value and feverishly works hard to strengthen numbers of loyal guests and influencers to the brand every day. Kristen puts her team first and and is so proud of their passion and constant hard work to make their clients soar. She's mother of three who understands the focus of talking to parents and targeting families from a brand perspective. The Bergman family loves soccer & enjoy weekends on the lake, wake-surfing! With expertise in marketing, social media strategy, media relations, and creative communications, Callie brings a results-driven approach to every project. She excels at strengthening brand awareness and reputation by building meaningful connections between brands and the communities they serve.
A skilled graphic designer with an eye for innovation and detail, Callie delivers high-quality creative assets that elevate campaign strategy. Her extensive experience with the McDonald’s brand has earned her the reputation of The Game Changer.
When she’s not working, Callie is embracing girl-mom life with her husband, Ryan, and daughters Macklynn and Oslynn.
Rhiannon McCafferty
Social Media Director
Not only will she do a fantastic job managing your social media but her ability to crack a joke or name every 80's song lyric makes her so fun in conversation! Born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, Rhiannon has 20 years experience in PR, marketing and digital media, with a focus on organic content. She has an extensive background in radio and knows how to get your story the attention it deserves. Rhiannon is pioneer of social media development and uncovers great content and engagement opportunities on a local level that make an impact and create growth. Rhiannon works on social media for complex and diverse markets and knows first-hand the importance of developing long-term strategies and campaigns to align with clients goals. Rhiannon likes quality time with family and friends while enjoying the great outdoors! She spends a lot of her free time in her Jeep or floating on the river. Her love for music grows as she plays the guitar and is currently learning the drums, and, she is a self-proclaimed cheeseburger connoisseur.

Amanda rocks at strategic public relations planning, social and digital media management, event planning, brand management, and more. When crisis calls, Amanda is calm and thorough in consulting her clients and managing the issue at hand. She and her husband Will enjoy the outdoors with their boys. Amanda is our rock!

Madison is a part-time team assistant that helps aid our staff in creative development for social media and office support for client services. She joined our team in 2023 and has been an asset to our busy environment! Madison is diligent, responsible, caring and innovative with her ideas. Her strong work ethic helps keep the Bergman creative train moving all year long!
