Rising to the top with hyper-local PR in the heart of a worldwide pandemic. No one saw it coming and no agency or company could attack it head on from past pandemic experience. Bergman came to the table with resources, ideas and a team passionate to activate 24/7 ensuring that the McDonald’s Arches shined brighter than ever before. Every organization was different, yet we found common ground as a Co-Op, too. Activations were well thought-out and smooth as rural communities found hope, trust and reliability within their hometown McDonald’s restaurants. Our local, Owner/Operators even stared in their own videos to provide support and a sense of unity to their respective communities.
Actions speak louder than words, so as our local McDonald’s locations have a need to staff up their restaurants Bergman developed short videos for a few of our clients as a recruitment tool. By taking the hiring message to another level with the videos, we are able to showcase why someone should choose to work at McDonald’s vs. a competitor by using the local Owner/Operator & real employees.
Utilizing each store Facebook page allows Bergman a platform to tell the story of the local McDonald’s restaurants & all the great they do inside and outside their restaurants. In addition, it provides a platform for the store to recognize their people – the ones that keep the Arches shining bright each and every day. At Bergman, we created one of our Organizations a McDonald’s 2020 Senior Shout Out video to take their recognition to another level when it comes to honoring their people!
